What ages and levels do you train?
We work with all ages and ability levels.
 We scale the volume and intensity based on your current level of fitness.
What’s included in Recovery?
Cold plunge, red light, steam sauna, compression sleeves, assisted stretching, and cupping.
 Schedule Recovery Lab sessions the same as training sessions.
What are your hours?
 We are typically only open during Small Group/Semi-Private sessions
 Monday - Friday 8am, 9am, 10am | 3pm, 4pm, 5pm
Saturday 9am, 10am
